John J. Collins is a co-founder of Capital Residential Group, LLC (CRG) and the co-founder of Capital Equity Partners, LLC (CEP) a real estate solutions company that specializes in Short Sales, Distressed properties, Bankruptcy, Probate/Inheritance and others. Mr. Collins has been active in the real estate market since 1998. John has also renovated, converted, and sold over 90 units over the last 10 years with a 65% return on investment. Being born and raised in his hometown, he feels the his knowledge of the South Boston market is one his strongest attributes. John has 5 children Isabella Mari, John Jr. and twins Cash Vincent Patrick and Vivienne Mei and Greyson Marcel. He currently lives in Lynnfield with his wife Kristen.
