I recently relocated from Toronto to Boston.  

 

Moving here from Canada with no credit history in the United States made finding a place where I didn't need to update my tetanus shot series, almost impossible. It was quite the feat to not only find a place to live during November/December, but also find the ideal location for the ideal price for someone with no credit history in the US. 

 

Lisa Radosta did it!!! She was tenacious. She was determined. She was encouraging. She was cordial and ALWAYS professional.  She never abandoned me even at times when it seems like we were never going to find a place that would be ideal for me to call home.  

 

As if that wasn't enough: once we found the ideal landing point, Lisa followed up with me after I moved in to ensure that I was settling in nicely.

 

I would definitely recommend Lisa and the staff at Capital Residential Group for future property searches.  They treat you like family.

 

Thank you Lisa, for your hard work and tenacity.  Thank you for sticking this out with me.  Much, much appreciated.

 I had been renting in South Boston for the last few years, and figured it was about time to start seriously considering home ownership.  I started the process by first looking at the online catalogs of properties on sale from a few different realty companies in the Boston area.  I was then contacted by a number of real-estate agents, but wasn't ready to jump into the search just yet, wanting to see what was out there first before I contacted a rep from these companies.

Michelle Talbot contacted me from Capital Residential and she couldn't have been more supportive of my time table.  Michelle completely understood I wasn't ready to jump into anything.  She set me up on their email feed for new listings that met my criteria, and would periodically check in before I was ready to start seeing them.
After a short time of I contacted Michelle about making some visits to the properties I had picked out.  

She got right back to me and setup a walk through for that very night.
It only took a couple weeks before I found the perfect place and Michelle was there every step of the way.

Being a first time home owner, there was a lot of questions I needed answering and Michelle's experience and intimate knowledge of the neighborhood proved to be invaluable in helping me make my decision.

I 100% recommend Michelle and Capital Residential if you are in the market for a Boston Realtor.

I found Michelle Talbot and John Collins on a whim walking home from the dentist, thinking it was about time I got moving on buying a place. I got very lucky. They were both fantastic to deal with. Michelle got me moving on the search, which was exactly what I wanted. She is very professional, efficient and  was was there when I needed her for anything at all. She has become a friend in the process, and I'd definitely go back to her if I decide to rent my new place. John was fantastic at helping me get all my documents organized for a mortgage application, remained completely charming even when I changed my mind about the lock-in details after I'd signed off on them, and in the end definitely went beyond the call of duty in helping me overcome a few glitches in the mortgage process.  All in all, a very good experience. I was referred to Capital Residential Group by a co-worker/friend who had used them almost a year ago. I was hesitant at first when I was told that they had only been open a short time. Well it's true that they have only been open about a year but they have about 50+ years experience between all of their agents. Every phone call and every email was promptly returned. The experience was frustrating as every appointment that we had with another real estate firms agent had some sort of excuse. Between listings being under agreement or the owner canceling at the last minute it became increasingly frustrating.....my agent at capital put me at ease. He reassured me to remain patient...sure enough about 6 weeks into my search, I received a phone call about a listing they had and I scheduled an appointment that night at 6pm. I toured the property for about a half hour, went back to their office, made an offer ( I was very nervous as a first time buyer). It was about 8:30pm and I figured the agent had to leave but he stayed an answered every single question I had! They even gave me advice on the process of financing.....long story short - I closed on my place in about 45 days with only a few minor bumps (from the seller)...the agent showed up at my closing with a bottle of wine and a thank you card. If I could give 10 stars I would and if I my fingers weren't sore I would type more. If you are looking for a group of real estate professionals give the team at capital a call!

I am not usually a person to review on yelp but needed the world to know what an amazing experience my family and I had with Paula and her team at Capital Residential.
My husband and I met Paula five + years ago when we met her at a random open house in South Boston.  after walking out of the door we both decided she was our gal!  we promptly got rid of the initial broker we were working with and the rest is history!  Paula dealt with me needing to see literally every place on the maker even though we ended up buying the second place we looked at!  We made this condo our home for the past five years and have started our little family in this special place.  Paula guided two totally clueless people with patience, kindness, and true professionalism.
Flash forward to today...we just sold and closed on the above property and again couldn't be happier with Paula and her team.  I feel the need to stress this because she and her company are being misrepresented by a previous review.  Paula sold our place in about 5 weeks 2 of those weeks being the the winter holiday season.  From start to finish she was fantastic and supportive as i am the kind of person who needs a hand holder in stressful situations.  She respected the needs of my young family and was always there to answer a question, lend a hand,  or soothe my anxiety!  If there is another time we decide to purchase a home there is no one else I'd call!  She has compiled a special group of people and we had wonderful experiences with her "assistants" (who are actually great brokers not Paula's assistants).  
So in closing...if you need not only a great broker but a warm, honest, and  compassionate person to help you with the purchase or sale of your home call Paula, you won't be disappointed!

I recently moved to Boston from Hartford, CT and had no idea where to begin.  I found Andrew at Capital Residential through a recommendation from my new co-workers and was extremely thankful.  I had a very short timeline to find an apartment and relocate and Andrew was quick to find various apartments to look at, all in one Saturday morning.  He helped me narrow down locations based on my criteria and also made recommendations based on safety and accessibility.  Not only did I find and sign a lease for my great new apartment in one day, but Andrew also helped me with various logistics after the fact (setting up electric, etc).
