We assist you with your rental application so you can present yourself in the best light. We also help you organize your move, put your new utilities in your name, change your address with the post office, and find pertinent city service information: trash/recycling pickup schedules, parking permits, schools and community services, etc.

We invite prospective renters to our Rental Café inside our office, where you can get on our WiFi with your laptop or our in-house computers and search listings to help you find your choice apartment.
Many of our rental clients have become actual homebuyers — a testament to our expertise and commitment. Rent-to-buy possibilities are also fully explored, upon the client’s request.
